Brusher for the efficient dry cleaning of wooden deckings. Brush drums are available in grids P 46 for extra hard exotic woods, P 60 for normal tropical woods as Ipé, Cumaru and others and P80 for resinous woods as pine or Douglasie. With one brush usually (of cours in relation of the degree of the
gray layer or dirt) 800 m² can be cleaned, that mean a surface of 20x40 m. The special construction and the dimension of the brush allow a work progress up to 35 m² per hour. A decking of 40 m² is done in one morning (4 hours).

Equpped with a vacuum cleaner of 1400 W, special filter class "M" and dust bin in stainless steel. Can be used with the suction kit (special accessory, not included in the price, suction sweeper, 3 nozzles and 3 m hose) for the use of an industrial vacuum cleaner.

Available in P 46 and 60 for tropical hard woods, P 80 for resinous woods. Brushing of hard wood takes away about 1/10th of a mm, in case of resinous woods some more can be brushed away, the wood's texture gets more structured because the softer parts are brushed away and the harder nervs remain.

Due to its special design and fibre cut, the brush cleans also grooves and curved profiles. No need to sinknails or screws, even flooring spotlights in metal and glass can remain at their place. Perfect also for the distressing of solid or engineered wooden floorings.
The average capacity of one brush is about 800 m², for example a surface of 20x40 m² (of course in fonction of the state of the decking). The RANDY brush does the edge around. The capacity of the MINI brush depends a lot of the local conditions and the way of use, impossible to make a forecast.

Apart of the brush drum exchange and the occasional replacement of a V-belt or a capacitor and the coal brushes for the vac motor the machine does not require a lot of maintainance. .
